Hey, my name is King. I'm a film student from South Africa and an up and coming video editor that loves to learn and make the best videos I can. I taught myself how to edit late 2022 and have been building my skill-set on and off since, mostly focused on FGC (Fighting Game Community) content and ready to learn more and create videos that people will enjoy. I mainly use DaVinci Resolve for my editing as i am most comfortable/experienced with it. I have access to the Adobe suite but prefer not to use it in my workflow.COMMISSIONS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED

Project details
1. All projects include 2 revisions per project. This means I send 2 drafts and after you can ask for adjustments to be made (like changing the font used for subtitles or music choice), each being smaller than the last. Any changes requested after the 2nd draft that are too big and require me to essentially 're-start' the project will result in the charging the base rate of the video type again.
2. Every project includes a basic level of VFX (such as transitions and zooms) and SFX (vine boom, whoosh, fire cracking, etc.) for free.
3. Estimated time of production completion will be determined when details of the project is finalized.Entitlements and expectations for the commissioner
1. Please prepare and send the footage via a Google Drive folder. Where I can then download the files.
2. Ideally have stream VODs/clips sent that do not have music in the background as I can add your selected music choice (or mine if desired) but is not a problem if there is unless it's copyrighted.
3. Credit me in descriptions for videos and tweets announcing said videos.
4. You are expected to pay for any additional audio/visual assets you specifically want and have sourced for the project such as stock footage, fonts, music licences, etc. and does not add to the total cost payable for the projectEntitlements and expectations for the editor
1. I am entitled to decline any client choose..
2. Any delays regarding the final delivery due to school or otherwise will be communicated at least 48 hours before, granted I am aware of it before then.
3. If I cannot complete the project nor meet the agreed upon deadline for whatever reason, you are entitled to request a refund or have the deadline extended. Should this occur, you will be notified at least 48 hours before hand.
4. As I am new to freelancing and not sure how to price myself for the skills I offer, therefore I reserve the right to increase my rates in the future should I feel it's appropriate.Pricing/Payment
Rates for projects are done on a per project bases meaning that the prices for projects are finalized before it starts and not on a per hour basis.
1. Payments are made after the details of the project is finalized. After the money and footage has been sent over only then will I start editing.
2. All payments will be made using PayPal. I will issue the invoice, as to not cause confusion or create problems.
3. A retainer option is available if requested.Refunds
1. The base price for all videos are non-refundable deposits for the project, any add-ons (i.e. extra time, VOD length, etc) are treated as fully refundable.
2. All refund requests made before the 2nd draft has been sent will be fulfilled. However, any request made after will not be accepted.

- I do not make thumbnails but I am learning Photoshop.

+ $5 per +60 seconds
+ $10 per VOD/recorded footage hour (Max 4 hours)**
+ $20 extra subtitles and/or VFX the whole video


SHORTER FORM CONTENT
(Includes Shorts, Clips, etc.)$10 for a 3 minute video (minimum)*
+ $5 per +30 seconds
+ $10 per VOD/recorded footage hour (Max 4 hours)**
+ $20 extra VFX the whole video




Notes
- All videos have basic VFX included such as transitions, zooms and SFX, as mentioned in the Terms of Service
- Exported videos will be in 1920x1080 60FPS and 1080x1920 60FPS for shorts/reels/tiktoks* If your requested video is shorter then the minimum offered for the specific video type the price will be lowered proportionately with the base price to match the video length. This needs to be discussed before the project starts.
** You are expected to have the clips you want to have edited beforehand as per the Terms of Service, however if you want to have a stream edited with clips of my choosing (i.e. gameplay segment, talking with chat, a story, etc.) then i can scrub through the VOD sent over for you. If the VOD length is more than 4 hours I will raise the price depending on the length as it will take too much time to get the project completed within a reasonable deadline, as I respect your and my time.
